Job Description

Responsibilities

• Build and own automations, data workflows, and internal tools from problem identification through deployment.
• Partner with ad operations teams to identify and replace high-leverage manual processes.
• Use Python, scripting, SQL, AI, and LLM tools to create fast, accurate, repeatable workflows.
• Measure operational impact through hours saved, reduced errors, and faster campaign execution.
• Define, propose, and independently deliver new improvement projects.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of experience building automations or tools that eliminate manual work and improve team operations.
• Ability to write and ship code using Python, scripting, or similar technologies.
• Hands-on experience applying AI and large language model tools to real workflows.
• Fluency in SQL and ability to query and analyze data independently.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to work effectively on open-ended and ambiguous problems with independent ownership.
